Irrelevant

They say when you do things with lack of passion, you become irrelevant. Maybe that's the reason why I haven't updated my blog.Why bother going to all that effort for a topic that you find irrelevant, boring or half-hearted? 

I don't want you to find me boring. Hopefully one of these days, I'll get back on track and share you guys a whole bunch of different fun stories and quirky outfits :-)

This too shall pass

You can't waste the day wishing it'd slow down. It's proven that the more you wait for days to pass the more it seem so long, so why don't we just relive every day, every moment, every bits of life. They say that the most comforting words is the "this too shall pass" phrase, well I do agree. With a lot of faith and prayers, you're always good to go. This might not be a good day, but there's always good in every day.

Instaoutfit

Introducing my instaoutfit that I wore few weeks ago, I bought this floral top together with this patterned shorts on a thrift shop and decided to pair it since it kinda looks good together. I love days like that, when you get to buy matching stuffs, I find it very helpful for me specially to those days when you feel like you have nothing to wear and that nothing looks good together.

Btw how you feelin these days? As for me, I have been the laziest version of my self lately, I easily get tired and sleepy. I don't know what's up with me, maybe because of the hormones, or maybe I just need a break. A break that would help me get back on track once more.

Weird as This

How weird can you get when it comes to choosing your own style? Well as for me I can be weird just like this light green tights. I remember when I asked my boyfriend before what she loved about me, he said that he loves my simplicity, but in the back of my mind, I was like, simplicity? Seriously? hahaha because back when we were just friends he often sees me wearing plain tops, jeans and flats. But now he already knows that when it comes to dressing up am very particular in choosing my clothes, I even said to him that I don't wear baduy stuffs, that's why he often asks me if he looks good with his shirts and shoes, maybe he's afraid I'll quote him as baduy. :)

Anyhooo if we would go on a date, I'll definitely won't wear something like this, I think this is just too weird for him to handle, haha

Btw thank you bff Sittie for this tights all the way from Singapore, it's simply extraordinary. :)

Missed wearing this thrifted creepers. So what do think with this outfit? Yey or Nay? :)

Thrifty Advice

 If you’re a reliable reader/visitor of this blog am pretty sure you know that I love thrift shops, that almost half or more than half of my clothes came from thrift shops. Well the reason behind that is, the stuffs in there are all cheap compared to the designer brands and I don’t believe that fashion is all about expensive brands. It’s about possessing some sense of style.

Most thrifters go for newly arrived items but as for me, I don’t even dare to visit the shops when I know that the items are newly arrived merely because the price is at its peak. Yeah I know, now I sound so cheap hahaha. Thrift is the quality of using money and other resources carefully and not wastefully, so why buy thrift items in costly amount? You are losing the essence there my friend; why not wait for those items to be on sale? Haha just a thrifty advice. But if you have an ample amount of money, which I do not have as of the moment, do not listen to my advice J

One last thing, this top is one of the cheapest so far, got it on the "tatlo bente" racks hahahaha how cheap is that? I mean how cool is that? :)

The Fab Celebration :)

So as I mentioned on my previuos post, I celebrated my birthday last 4th of July. I was not soo excited about it actually because the main man is miles away from me but the thing is I cannot postpone my birthday celebration, and the best way to celebrate it is to invite my bestest friends over just like the old times. 

I had a blast actually, I never thought of any surprises from them because each if us is busy in all sort of things. My bff Sittie arrived with my good friend Teesai holding a cake with my 24 minions pinned on it. The cake was soo special, I felt like crying actually because of the amount of effort they have put just to make me feel special on that day. You can see the cake below and you'll be the the judge, am pretty sure you'll love it too :)
