Thrifty Advice

 If you’re a reliable reader/visitor of this blog am pretty sure you know that I love thrift shops, that almost half or more than half of my clothes came from thrift shops. Well the reason behind that is, the stuffs in there are all cheap compared to the designer brands and I don’t believe that fashion is all about expensive brands. It’s about possessing some sense of style.

Most thrifters go for newly arrived items but as for me, I don’t even dare to visit the shops when I know that the items are newly arrived merely because the price is at its peak. Yeah I know, now I sound so cheap hahaha. Thrift is the quality of using money and other resources carefully and not wastefully, so why buy thrift items in costly amount? You are losing the essence there my friend; why not wait for those items to be on sale? Haha just a thrifty advice. But if you have an ample amount of money, which I do not have as of the moment, do not listen to my advice J

One last thing, this top is one of the cheapest so far, got it on the "tatlo bente" racks hahahaha how cheap is that? I mean how cool is that? :)

Am a Thrift :)

Closet lately according to thrift shop:

So here are the stuffs I got two weeks ago when I went for a quick visit at the thrift shop, all items are super sale that's why I haven't thought of finding this cutie patootie tops. Lucky me, I know :D

First one is this cropped floral top. It has the right amount of sleeves, and oh I love the color :)

Second is this sleeveless floral top, what I love about this is its super flowy, light weight and somewhat vintage.

Third one is this cropped ethnic top, maybe if I wore this top to GMA tapings, they would allow me because the print is super ethnic. haha katulad ng cast sa Indio :)

Fourth but not the least is this acid wash beaded top, it's super girly I know :)

PS. Which do you like? And how was you're latest thrift adventure? Mine was awesome, hopefully next time I'll be able to find some bottoms naman :)

Backpackers

Ola dora! hahaha, am thinking how to start this post, but I can't think of anything except from that famous line from "Dora the Explorer". Well am pretty sure you get why we are somewhat related today. Been searching for a perfect backpack for quiet some time now and I couldn't be any happier when I got this bag from a thriftshop. It's lightweight, it's cute, it's floral and the straps are leather! How amazing is that? #OnlyInTheThriftShop :D

PS. How was your week? Mine was awesome because I got to spend some time with the main man, but then there's still a lot of things to settle. Anyway there's always good in everyday so #KeepCalmAndCarryOn :D

Over the Weekend

I love weekends! I love Sunday specifically. It's the only day I get to rest from work that's why it's such a relief to be away from all the stress even for a day. Well actually I am required to go to work every Sunday but I refuse to do so because it would be really draining. So whenever my cousins invite to roam around malls after church I always grab the chance to go with them. How about you? What's your favorite day? :D

Almost Here

It’s almost summer, and I can feel it. Well come ‘on I know you’re feelin’ it too, and it’s the perfect time to wear skirt, shorts and florals! I don’t own a wide variety of printed tops so hopefully I’ll be able to maximize all my colorful tops this summer . Actually I don’t fret a lot because there’s always  a place (ukay)  where I know I can find the latest trends this coming summer :D

Don't you just love being a girl? Being able to dress up cute and  wear skirts and florals. Girls have a such variety to choose from when it comes to dressing up. As  for me, I like mixing it  up now, I love how my weird ideas can turn into something fresh in the eyes.

A Taste of Comfort

These floral shoes is a complete definition of comfort! I can walk all day long with these shoes on. Aside from it, I love these shoes because it's floral and I bought it on sale. Oh my, I love sales! :D

Today March has officially started, I am just thankful for February. It's one of the best so far :)

Print X Print

Been seeing a lot of print x print trend lately and am telling you when it comes to trends, am a late bloomer actually. haha. I believe that not everyone has the confidence to don statement prints, and not everyone can pull it off like a pro that's why I opted to wear something "not too over the top".
